Cushman & Wakefield Advises Dostart Development Company on 101,796 SF Lease

Redwood City, CA – 17 January 2017 – Dostart Development Company, LLC (“DDC”) and Cushman & Wakefield announce a long-term lease with Goodwin Procter LLP (“Goodwin”) to be the anchor tenant in more than 100,000 square feet at DDC’s new Class A+ office development currently under construction at 601 Marshall Street in Redwood City ( The pre-certified LEED Platinum project, which is scheduled for completion by the end of the year, is located in the vibrant heart of downtown Redwood City, steps from the Caltrain Baby Bullet, countless dining and entertainment amenities and ±2,000 new Class A residential units. Cushman & Wakefield Executive Managing Directors Ben Paul and Mike Connor represented DDC and are leading the marketing activities for the 35,000 square feet of space remaining in the project.
