Growth Continues for Hanson Bridgett

September 19, 2012 (SAN FRANCISCO, CA) — Hanson Bridgett LLP is pleased to welcome 3 new attorneys to the firm’s San Francisco office. The addition of these  attorneys continues the firm’s growth trend for 2012.

Daniel Garcia joins as a litigation associate in the firm’s construction practice. He represents owners, contractors, and design professionals in a wide variety of construction disputes. Prior to law school, Daniel gained more than 10 years of experience as a construction management professional on high-profile projects throughout the Bay Area. Daniel has a B.S. from University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.

Rachael Maxwell-Jolly joins the firm as an associate in the firm’s health section and will focus her practice on medical professional advocacy. Prior to attending law school, Rachael worked for the California Office of the Attorney General. She has a B.A. from University of California, Santa Cruz and a J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law.

Kela Shang joins the firm as a corporate associate.  He advises public and private companies in a variety of transactional matters, including capital markets, securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions, emerging company formation and other general corporate matters.  Kela has a B.A. and an LL.B. from Peking University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
