Habitec Promotes Karolina Glinka to Vice President

SAN JOSE, California — Habitec Architecture & Interior Design, a California-based architectural, planning, and interior design firm, announces the promotion of Karolina Glinka to Vice President.

With over 14 years of experience in interior architecture, including the last 6 years developing Habitec’s interior design studio as Director of Design, Karolina has produced countless stunning projects across various commercial markets and established Habitec’s reputation as a leading design firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. In her elevated role, Karolina will continue to develop and refine the firm’s design standards and push the boundaries of interior spatial experiences. 

Karolina is passionate about fostering her team’s professional development and shaping Habitec’s unique company culture. A strong believer in the philosophy that it takes the whole team for the firm to be successful, she is also focused on individual growth as essential for each contributor to do their best work. Karolina is best known for her innovative design abilities, however her strategic business acumen and inspired leadership are the qualities that make her an excellent fit for this executive role. As the first female executive at the company, Habitec is confident she will continue to be a dynamic force within the firm and in the design community for many years to come.

Outside of Habitec, Karolina currently serves as Co-Chair of Professional Development on the IIDANC Silicon Valley City Center Board of Directors. She is a certified interior designer with NCIDQ, as well as a LEED Accredited Professional. Karolina is a proud Bay Area local, who grew up in San Francisco and received her Bachelor of Fine Art in Interior Design at San Jose State University.
