Harsch Investment Properties’ Eric Stein has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Regional Manager, San Francisco.
Eric manages a portfolio of over 200 tenants and two large Union Square parking facilities at the iconic 450 Sutter Building and Mason O’Farrell. Under his leadership, 450 Sutter Building has won its second consecutive Pacific Southwest Regional TOBY Award.
Eric joined Harsch in 2011 with over 25 years of real estate experience and an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. In his previous role as Director, Space and Property Management at the prestigious California Pacific Medical Center, Eric oversaw a 65-building portfolio with over 400 tenants and 65 employees.
He currently serves as Chair of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Codes Committee.
