MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA – Drawbridge Realty announced that it has sold the property located at 2637 Marine Way in Mountain View, CA to Google for $14.9 million. The single story, 20,813 square foot, Class A office/R&D building had been 100% leased to Google and is situated less than one quarter of a mile from its world headquarters. The property was originally built in 1968 and fully renovated in 2011 by Google. Its location directly off U.S. Highway 101 provides the property with immediate access to the Bay Area’s major transportation corridors including Interstate 280 and Highways 237, 82, 84 and 92. A Caltrain commuter rail station is also within four miles of the property providing service to San Francisco and Silicon Valley.
