SAN FRANCISCO, CA – February 19, 2016 – Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announced today that it has been recognized by the NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area Chapter in its Best of the Bay 2015 Commercial Real Estate Awards program held on February 17th at The Four Seasons San Francisco.
HFF was awarded the Best Investment Transaction North Bay for Oxbow Public Market, a 23,000-square-foot, artisan public market in Napa; the Best Investment Transaction Peninsula for 490 S. California Avenue, a 23,868-square-foot, Class A office building in Silicon Valley; and Financing Transaction of the Year for The Landing at Walnut Creek, a 178-unit multi-housing development in Walnut Creek.
This is the NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area Chapter’s fourth annual Best of the Bay awards ceremony, honoring the best deals and dealmakers in the region. Winners are selected via a live vote by attendees during the event.
Last year, HFF was recognized in the Best of the Bay 2014 awards for Financing Transaction of the Year for 181 Fremont and for Best Investment Transaction San Francisco for 1019 Market Street.
