SAN DIEGO, CA – Hughes Marino, an award-winning California commercial real estate company that exclusively represents business owners and corporate real estate decision makers in their lease and purchase transactions for commercial space continues its growth with the opening of two new offices in Northern California and an expansion of its Los Angeles office.
“We’ve worked in Northern California for years, but having a local office in San Francisco and another in Silicon Valley will enable us to provide even better service and on-the-ground support to our clients in those markets,” said Hughes Marino CEO, Jason Hughes.
“I grew up in the Bay Area, having worked in both Palo Alto and San Francisco, and I’ve watched the real estate market change drastically over my three decades in commercial real estate. It feels great to open new offices there. We’re now able to more effectively and efficiently serve tenants and buyers in those incredibly competitive markets, and we’re looking forward to adding even more Northern California clients to the HM family.”
In addition to the two new offices, Hughes Marino has outgrown its Century City office, and is relocating to a larger, more convenient location in West Los Angeles at 11150 Santa Monica Blvd. “We’re in the middle of building out our space in West LA, and we’re looking forward to opening our doors in just a few weeks,” Hughes said.
The West LA office will be the firm’s second Los Angeles area office, joining the existing Downtown Los Angeles office. “The move to West LA puts us closer to many of our clients, and allows us to provide even more convenient commercial real estate services to companies across the city, whether from our new office, or from our location in Downtown LA,” according to Hughes.
Continuing he said, “The expansion comes in response to client demand, as many companies who have worked with Hughes Marino in Southern California continue to rely on us for assistance with their real estate requirements throughout the state and nationally. Increasing our reach and effectiveness as tenant representatives is the sole motivation for this growth,” said Hughes. “We needed to have a strong local presence to continue to provide the type of personalized service we’re known for. We’ve also decided that we are ready to seize the opportunity to increase our market share, in markets we already know and love. We’re accomplishing that through increased visibility in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley.”
In addition to the new offices, Hughes Marino has offices in San Diego and in Orange County.

About Jason Hughes
Jason Hughes is president and CEO of Hughes Marino, an award-winning California tenant representation firm. In 2013, Jason helped draft the real estate broker agency disclosure bill, SB 1171, which was signed into law by Governor Brown in August 2014. The new state law increases transparency and fairness for California commercial tenants, who now must be advised in writing when working with a broker who represents both tenants and landlords, creating a potential conflict of interest.
