Timur Tecimer

Mr. Tecimer joined Overton Moore Properties in July 2000 as President and COO. Tecimer brings a wide experience in commercial and industrial development, asset management, property management, and leasing services to the Company. He is responsible for overseeing all of the firm’s operations including acquisitions/investments, development and management. In addition, Mr. Tecimer directs all joint venture and capital structures and long-range planning of the firm. Since 2000, Mr. Tecimer has been responsible for the acquisition and development of over 22 million square feet of commercial property in California. Tecimer joined OMP after 12 years with Trammell Crow Company.
