Integral Communities, Feletto Development Advance 5,100-Home Expansion South of Elk Grove’s Kammerer Road

Two specific plans covering roughly 1,169 acres beyond Elk Grove's city limits, Integral Communities' Reserve at Elk Grove and Feletto Development's Elk Grove Crossing, are moving through city review with a combined 5,100-plus homes and more than 150 acres of commercial and office land, with a county water vote and a draft environmental report next in line before any annexation.
