Intero Expands San Francisco Presence With Acquisition of BHHS California Realty Office

The purchase of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Realty office grows Intero’s agent count to nearly 50 and will provide a new location.

CUPERTINO, Calif.–Intero®, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate and wholly owned subsidiary of HomeServices of America, Inc., today announced the acquisition of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Realty. Samuel Cadelinia, a 41-year industry veteran and previous broker and owner, will continue to operate his successful real estate practice with Intero in San Francisco.

Intero San Francisco’s Vice President and Managing Officer Cathy Scharetg will be combining her existing agents and operation at the newly acquired office located at 1430 Taraval Street in San Francisco.
