SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC) announced that Jeff Warmoth has joined the company as a vice president.
Warmoth will be responsible for managing the development of mixed-use and residential projects. Prior to joining the company, he directed the land planning, architectural design, entitlement process, land development, and construction for numerous mixed-use projects, including the Sunnyvale Town Center project, and several golf-course and master planned communities.

Warmoth was a senior vice president at Lowe Enterprises Residential Advisors, a pension fund advisor that invested in single family housing. He has directed the land planning and obtained entitlements for over 5,000 acres of residential and commercial property in California and Nevada. He has also managed the design, construction and sale of over 1,000 residential units.
Before receiving his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, Mr. Warmoth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois. Jeff is a member of the California State Bar and a former Chairman of the Planning Commission for the City of Los Altos.
