Previously, she was with CH Robinson Worldwide, a Fortune 350 company that is one of the world’s largest third-party logistics firms. Her wide breadth and depth of supply chain knowledge allows her to provide clients with front-end strategy to optimize real estate decisions, saving client’s time, money and mitigating risk. Kelly utilized this expertise to help create JLL’s proprietary Reverse Location Selection (RLSSM) and SupplyChainLiteSM analyses, to bolster JLL’s ability to service clients in Location Selection projects.

In the third quarter of 2014, Kelly spent time working with the JLL Brazil offices as part of the first ever JLL Global Talent Exchange Program. During that time, she worked with the Brazilian team to share best practices in consulting and generate collaboration.

Since being hired in 2008, Kelly has worked on transactions with brokerage teams throughout JLL both nationally and internationally. Over the past several years, she has worked on over 58M s.f. of real estate transactions ranging from complex site selection projects, eCommerce facility build-to-suits, agency leasing for marquis industrial parks, and transaction management for large portfolio clients.   She has had significant exposure working with key clients such as Walmart, FedEx, P&G, Prologis, Duke Realty, JP Morgan Chase, BPG Properties, Miller Coors, and RJW Transportation among others.

Kelly received her BSBA in Marketing from the University of Missouri, Columbia.  She is a licensed real estate professional and certified in Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) “Supply Chain Management.”  Kelly has been recognized by Crain’s Chicago Business as one of the 2014 “20 in their 20’s” and has been a recipient of the AIRE Chicago Chapter’s 2014 “Frank Mahoney Award of Excellence” for best young broker in Chicago.
