SEATTLE, January 9, 2012 – Jones Lang LaSalle, which earlier last year completed the merger of its Pacific Northwest operations with Pacific Real Estate Partners, today announced the appointment of Patricia K. Raicht as Vice President and Director of Research for the Seattle and Portland markets. She will be based in the firm’s Portland office.
Raicht joins the firm from Grubb & Ellis where for the last 15 years she directed the firm’s local market research program and also handled business development and marketing. Prior to that, Raicht headed business development at the Association for Portland Progress, a local trade group and served as the director of marketing for the Kaempfer Companies, a Washington, DC-based real estate firm.

Some of Raicht’s professional affiliations include membership in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the U.S. Green Building Council, and the Commercial Association of Realtors. She is also a member of the Portland Area Business Association and the Cascadia Region Green Building Council. She holds a real estate licence in the state of Oregon and is a Certified Green Broker.
Raicht is a graduate of George Washington University.
