Sebastopol, CA, March 3, 2017 – Julie Kitchens has joined Terra Firma Global Partners and will serve real estate clients throughout Sonoma County from the firm’s Sebastopol office, announced co-founders, Heidi Rickerd-Rizzo and Bill Facendini.
Kitchens started in the real estate industry in 2004 with a firm based in Emeryville, originally generating mortgages for home buyers before transitioning to sales, serving single-family home buyers and sellers in Oakland and the I-80/I880 corridors. Prior to joining Terra Firma, Julie worked with a Santa Rosa-based residential real estate services company.
Her business background also includes work as a medical assistant in a cardiology and endocrinology office. She earned a Medical Assistant Certificate from Empire College, and also worked in the restaurant industry managing the front of the house.
Kitchens was raised in West Sonoma County and serves the residential real estate market throughout the county, but particularly in the areas she is passionate about and has the most knowledge – the Russian River, Cazadero, Sebastopol, Graton, Occidental and Santa Rosa.
