The two-story and three-story buildings were built in 1985 and feature distinctive wood and steel framed construction with extensive interior improvements. Tenant spaces have been designed to provide a wide range of sizes, accommodating a variety of types of businesses. Nearly all spaces have impressive water or mountain views.
