EMERYVILLE, Calif. (Oct. 21, 2016) – KBS Real Estate Investment Trust III (“KBS REIT III”), a non-traded real estate investment trust based in Newport Beach, announced today the signing of two leases totaling 12,121 at The Towers at Emeryville. NovaBay Pharmaceuticals, which develops products for the eye care market, signed a new 7,799-square-foot lease at the property. Law firm Sinnott, Puebla, Campagne & Curet signed a new 4,322-square-foot lease.

Located on the waterfront across the bay from downtown San Francisco, The Towers at Emeryville is a Class A, three building office park providing unobstructed panoramic views of the San Francisco Bay, the Golden Gate Bridge and downtown Oakland from nearly every floor. The property is located within 15 minutes of downtown San Francisco and accessible by Amtrak, AC Transit and Bay Area Rapid Transit with an Emery-Go-Round bus stop onsite.

The Towers at Emeryville offers nearly 815,000 square feet of office and retail space. Onsite amenities at the property include a bakery and café, a Mediterranean restaurant, a state-of-the-art tenant lounge featuring a pool table and shuffle board table, a bocce ball court, outdoor seating and lounge areas, a full-service bank, dry cleaning services, a car wash and a conference and training center with an on-site concierge. Tenants can also enjoy a fitness center with locker rooms and an indoor basketball court.
