SAN MATEO, CA – October 27, 2016 – Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC), a leading developer of commercial and residential real estate has announced that Kevin Choy will join the Residential Development Team as Assistant Development Project Manager. Kevin will work primarily on The Plaza in San Bruno and Sunnyvale Town Center in Sunnyvale.

Kevin Choy joins SRGNC following two years as a structural engineer at DCI Engineers in San Francisco, where he provided structural design services including development of construction documents and construction support for a variety of projects in the Bay Area including multi‐family residential, commercial, hospitality, and educational structures. Prior to his time at DCI Engineers, Kevin was an intern at Du Mont Engineering, where he provided structural design services for high‐end custom homes in Orange County and the greater Los Angeles area. Kevin graduated Cum Laude in 2014 from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering.
He was awarded the Forell/Elsesser Engineers Merit Scholarship, which is awarded to a student exemplifying creativity in problem solving, academic excellence, and potential for professional success.
