SAN JOSE—Laurie Guluarte recently joined the growing staff at Cresa San Jose as a Vice President of Project Management. Guluarte has over 20 years of experience in international project management, facility operations, and strategic planning. Throughout her career, she has been involved with projects of all sizes, ranging from 2K-120K SF, and costs, ranging from $100K-$7.8 million.
Prior to joining Cresa, Guluarte managed cost-effective, timely, and efficient construction and IT projects for numerous Bay Area companies as well as both national and international clients including Adobe Systems Incorporated, Grand Central Communications, Yahoo, McAfee, and many other technology, communications, and architecture firms.
Guluarte received a Bachelor of Science degree from San Jose State University’s School of Art and Design. She actively involved with CoreNet, the International Facility Management Association, and the America Institute of Architects.
