Livible, Inc Leases a ±54,896 SQFT Industrial Warehouse/Distribution Building in Richmond, California

Richmond, Calif. (August 6, 2019) – Colliers International announces the recent lease of a ±54,896 square foot industrial building to Livible, Inc.

The property is managed by Global Logistics Properties, a leading global investment manager specializing in logistics and related technology investments, with $64 billion of assets under management in real estate and private equity funds around the world. 

Located at 2100 Atlas Road Bldg. 3, Suite A, this property was leased to Livible, Inc., an on-demand storage service provider. The property features ±1,500 square feet of office space, 3 dock-high doors, 2 grade-level doors, ±48’ x 56’ column spacing, 600 amps, 277/480 volts, 3-phase power, skylights, ESFR sprinkler system, and 26’ clear height. The facility has premier access to I-80 via Richmond Parkway and is located in the Pinole Point Business Park. 

Livible, Inc is an on-demand storage service. Their services include coming to your door, picking up and labeling your desired storage items, and then storing these items in their storage facilities. Storage services include appliance storage, bed and bedding storage, boxes storage, family storage, furniture storage, luggage storage, office storage, patio storage, and tool & sports equipment storage.
