Marcus & Millichap Arranges the Sale of a 4,558 Square-Foot Net-Leased Property

MADERA, Calif., July 2, 2014 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of IHOP Restaurant, a 4,558 square-foot net-leased property located in Madera, Calif., according to Steven J. Seligman, regional manager of the firm’s Palo Alto office. The asset sold for $2,495,000.

IHOP Restaurant is located at 2201 West Cleveland Avenue in Madera, California.  The property has been at the site since 1995 when the restaurant was originally constructed.
