Marcus Staniford has been promoted to President at XL Industries (XLI). He had previously been serving as COO since 2020. In his new role, Staniford will oversee all of XLI’s operating entities and drive the strategic implementation of XLI’s Vision. In his 30-year construction career, Staniford has been instrumental in leading large teams and growing businesses. XLI is a leading Northern California builder that includes XL Construction, a general contractor focused on building to improve lives.

Marcus Staniford has a B.S. in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
