Walnut Creek, CA (February 14, 2019) – Miller Starr Regalia (MSR), a preeminent California real estate law firm for more than 50 years, announced today that Marika Rothfeld is joining the firm’s Walnut Creek headquarters as a litigation associate.
Prior to joining MSR, Rothfeld was a law clerk at Bay Area Legal Aid in Napa, where she focused on community property and estate planning issues. While a summer associate at Coombs & Dunlap, LLP in Napa, she worked on matters concerning real property, land use, and compliance with state and local regulations including winery use permits, Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the California Subdivision Map Act. In addition, she advised the St. Helena City Council on local issues pertaining to sustainability, community development, public utility programs, and zoning. She is also a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers.
