San Anselmo, CA (October 6, 2016) – Meridian Commercial President Matt Brown announced today that the firm has completed the lease up of San Anselmo’s newest office building located at 790 Sir Francis Drake Blvd. on behalf of property owner Hynes Family Holdings, LLC.
The new Class A commercial building is situated between the San Anselmo Hub and Red Hill Shopping Center on the north side of Sir Francis Drake. Approximately 40,000 vehicles pass by daily.
Traxler and Tong Inc. leased approximately 3,891 rentable square feet – the entire 2nd floor of the building. On the ground floor, Sage Educators leased suites 1, 2 and 3 for 2,425 rentable square feet while Global Merino leased a total of 1,898 rentable square feet in suites 4, 5 and 6.
Traxler and Tong provides risk management and insurance due-diligence services. Sage Educators in a tutorial company that helps students prepare for SSAT, HSPT, PSAT, ACT and related standardized tests. Global Merino is a specialist in technical textile development using innovative production methods with merino wool in unique constructions.
Terms of the leases were not disclosed though marketing materials published an asking rate of $2.50-per-square-foot on a triple net basis, which means the tenants pay for real estate taxes, insurance and building maintenance.
