Millie and Severson Welcomes David Bayliss to Northern California Office

Los Alamitos, CA and Pleasanton, CA: Millie and Severson has hired David Bayliss as Director of Business Development. A business development and marketing veteran with more 25 years of experience, Bayliss will focus his efforts on cultivating client and business partner relationships in Northern California, where he has been active in construction and development for the past decade.
