Molecule Labs Expands to 67,400 SF Industrial Facility at Benicia Industrial Park in Benicia, CA

Molecule Labs has signed a long-term lease for an entire ±67,392 square foot warehouse/manufacturing facility located within the Benicia Industrial Park in Benicia, CA. The state-of-the-art building is located at 524 Stone Road and is part of a massive commercial park owned by GLP. Molecule Labs will be relocating and expanding from its existing facility in nearby Pittsburg, located just on the opposite end of the Benicia-Martinez Bridge. Scott Bertrand, Tim Schmid and Dan Moylan with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction. Brooks Pedder, Tony Binswanger and Bo Harkins with Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.

Together with Benicia Commerce Center I and II, the Benicia Industrial Park projects consist of buildings totaling over ±1.8 million square feet of quality warehouse/office space. Well situated in Benicia between the Bayshore Road and Lake Herman Road exits of Interstate 680, these buildings offer easy access to major transportation routes.
