Newmark Realty Capital, Inc. has arranged the refinancing for Arden Plaza, a 13,179 square foot multi-tenant retail property situated Sacramento, California.  Mitch Zeemont, Principal in Newmark’s San Francisco office, assisted by Production Associate Stephen Scarpulla, arranged the financing for the borrower, a Sacramento based real estate professional. Newmark is the correspondent for the lender, Symetra Financial. All other terms and conditions were not disclosed.

The subject property is ideally situated at an exceptional location for a retail center. Located on Arden Way, the prime retail arterial in the Sacramento region, Aren Plaza is directly across from the Arden Mall, the dominant regional mall. Arden Fair Mall is anchored by Sears, Nordstrom, JC Penny, & Macy’s.
