North Palisade Partners marked the completion of the Palisade Fremont Innovation Center with a ribbon cutting on Tuesday, delivering a fully powered 69,872-square-foot advanced manufacturing building on Fremont Boulevard just 11 months after breaking ground and putting it squarely in front of tenants in one of the tightest industrial markets in the Bay Area.
