Aaron Beck, vice president and Eric Flyckt, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s San Diego office arranged a $9 million permanent loan for a single-tenant office property located in San Francisco, California. The 10-year loan includes full-term interest-only payments at 65 percent loan-to-value (LTV). NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a CMBS lender.
“The lender provided a smooth execution with a great deal of transparency throughout the process. The 65 percent LTV returned nearly 100 percent of the borrower’s equity while the interest-only payments, at an attractive interest rate, allowed the borrower to maintain a debt service payment that was equivalent to the prior loan.” said Beck.
