Nutiva Moves Headquarters from Southern California to Point Richmond

Point Richmond, Calif. – June 21, 2012 –Nutiva®, is moving its corporate headquarters from Oxnard, Southern California, to 213 West Cutting Boulevard in Point Richmond. Nutiva subleased approximately +/- 100,000 square feet of the +/-237,000 square foot warehouse/distribution building. The new locale will allow Nutiva to setup a state-of-the-art high-speed manufacturing facility and expand its private label business. SASOL Wax North American recently leased +/- 51,200 square feet of the building, leaving approximately 85,800 square feet to lease.

The new headquarters is centrally located at the foot of the San Rafael/Richmond Bridge, has rail car access, and is only 16 miles from the Port of Oakland. “Much of the larger cheap spaces are disappearing resulting in the market starting to tighten”, said Todd Severson, SIOR Senior Vice President of Colliers International, Oakland.
