2101 MS Property Holdings LLC, which acquired Deutsche Bank's position on a loan of up to $75.8 million and took title to the former Thrift Town building at 17th and Mission streets in April 2025, is calling for offers on the 132,123-square-foot property, which last traded for $54 million in 2018.
