SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. –Paolucci Communication Arts (PCA), the full-service, integrated branding, public relations and interactive marketing firm, has announced it is strategically expanding into the San Francisco Bay Area. Headquartered in Los Angeles, PCA has opened new offices at One Union Street, in San Francisco’s North Beach. The new offices are run by Senior Account Director Lindsay Lessman with executive support from PCA’s senior team. From here, PCA will serve its Northern California clients while continuing to extend its business in key regional markets in the U.S.
The company’s growth into the Bay Area accompanies the continued recovery of real estate and other critical industries. PCA already serves several significant, high-profile clients in Northern California, including: Bay Meadows in San Mateo, California’s largest transit oriented development (by Wilson Meany, developers of San Francisco’s revitalized Ferry Building); The New Home Company, the homebuilder and developer currently creating communities in San Jose, Larkspur (Marin County), and the Sacramento area; East West Partners, developing luxury, ski-in/ski-out communities in Lake Tahoe; and Transwestern, the full-service commercial real estate firm, which recently announced major expansions in the East Bay and San Francisco. In addition to residential real estate, the firm’s 22-year history includes extensive experience in the branding and marketing of luxury and boutique hotels, resort destinations, and healthcare.
“This is a pivotal moment for the Bay Area as it helps lead the turnaround of key sectors of the U.S. economy,” said PCA President Mark Paolucci. “The tech sector, of course, is at the forefront of this recovery, but real estate is also advancing. This includes the region’s red-hot commercial office market, and an increasingly positive climate for residential real estate, resorts and second homes, as well as masterplanned communities, all of which fit into our areas of expertise and sensibilities here at PCA.”
Lindsay Lessman, PCA’s Senior Account Director in the Bay Area, has deep experience and wide connections in these same areas. She has served in high-level sales, marketing and management positions with firms such as EMC creative (the award-winning strategic marketing agency with clients in healthcare, financial services and homebuilding); and East West Partners / Tahoe Mountain Resorts.
“It is incredibly exciting to be generating new solutions and successes for the industry in the Bay Area, and especially to be based in the heart of San Francisco,” said Lessman. “The level of creativity exhibited here is perfectly suited for PCA’s approach, which connects with audiences on deeply emotional levels just as it achieves demonstrated results. I look forward to guiding and supporting the firm as it extends its integrated marketing solutions to a broad range of new and existing clients here. I know they will respond in the most dramatic and positive ways.”
Lessman’s professional affiliations include Urban Land Institute, where she currently serves on the Communications Committee of Urban Land Institute, San Francisco and actively participated on the Recreation Development Council. She is also a Board Member of the Women in Winner’s Circle Foundation.
In addition to its growing Northern California client portfolio, PCA represents The Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. LIVE, The La Paz Tourism Board in Mexico, St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach, The Beverly West residences by developer Emaar, UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate and UCLA Anderson School of Management, the cities of Redondo Beach and Riverside, and international design firms Cuningham Group Architecture and Studio One Eleven.
