Pine Tree Commercial Signs New Lease for Gateway Centre in San Ramon

San Ramon, Calif. – Northbrook, Ill.-based Pine Tree Commercial Realty, LLC announced that Suvia Salon Suites recently signed a lease for 6,500 square feet at  Gateway Centre in San Ramon, Calif. The privately held salon, headquartered in Fremont, Calif., plans to open here in early 2014.

The 110,440 square-foot Gateway Centre is anchored by Walgreens, McDonalds and Lucky, and located on the northwest corner of San Ramon Valley and Alcosta Boulevards, at the Alcosta exit off Interstate 680.

“I think Suvia will enjoy great success in this location,” says Pine Tree Senior Director of Leasing Tim Roe. “Suvia’s full-service salon concept will appeal to our existing customers and help attract new visitors to the Gateway Centre.”

Pine Tree acquired the property in 2006 in partnership with a state pension fund advised by London-based Henderson Global Investors. Patric Davis and Robin Newton of Colliers International represented ownership in the transaction.
