Port of Oakland Taps Oakland Native Carl Cade as Chief Real Estate Officer to Lead Waterfront Revitalization

The Port of Oakland has handed control of its real estate portfolio, from Jack London Square to the Oakland Airport Business Park, to Carl Cade, an Oakland-raised developer whose 25-year career spans a $15 billion school construction program in Los Angeles and the repositioning of San Francisco's Ferry Building.
