Prologis Lists for Sale Fully Leased 1MM SQFT Hollister Cross-Dock Distribution Center

Prologis has tapped CBRE to sell 600 Ernie Drive, one of the few million-square-foot logistics buildings in Northern California, wagering that a long-dated lease to a top-rated e-commerce tenant and a market with no available big-box space will pull institutional capital off the sidelines.
