SAN FRANCISCO, June 6, 2016 – Industry veterans Pamela Mendelsohn and Vikki Johnson have joined Cushman & Wakefield San Francisco in the Retail Services Group as Senior Managing Directors. The team’s addition solidifies the firm’s retail service offering as the most dominant in the industry.

She has created a specialty niche in urban neighborhood revitalization, playing a significant part in the creation of the retail topography of San Francisco’s revered neighborhoods, including the Fillmore Street corridor, Hayes Valley, Valencia/Mission District, NOPA, Union and Chestnut Streets, Sacramento Street, and most recently, the renaissance of the Jackson Square district.

In 1997, Vikki founded Johnson Hoke Ltd., a real estate team recognized as one of the most successful groups of professionals in their niche market of urban specialty retail. Vikki’s transaction history includes national flagships for retailers such as Barneys NY, Prada, Neiman Marcus, Tiffany, Christian Dior, LVMH, the first west coast H&M, J Crew, and Bulgari, among many others.
