Promontory Announces New Nicklaus Hillside Village In Park City

Park City, Utah – June 17, 2015 Promontory, the premier club community in Park City, has announced the opening of The Nicklaus Hillside Village, a luxury collection of its new mountain contemporary homes.  The Village is located on an ancient glacial moraine, overlooking the striking new Nicklaus Course Clubhouse and the award-winning Jack Nicklaus Painted Valley Signature Golf Course.  The inspired location provides a variety of vistas, including skybox views of golf on the Nicklaus course, the Wasatch Mountain Range and Deer Valley’s Bald Mountain.

S B Architects of San Francisco designed the distinctive mountain homes which feature interior finishes by Vallone Design of Scottsdale, Ariz.  The Nicklaus Hillside Village is comprised of detached two-story Golf Villas.  Four distinctive floor plans,Klee, Rothko, Escher and Calder, range in size from approximately 2,543 to 4,773 square feet and range in price from $1.4 million to over $2.4 million.  Designed with a contemporary flair, the Villas complement the Nicklaus Course Clubhouse to create an intimate golf club enclave, while capturing the best possible views.

About The Nicklaus Course Clubhouse
The Nicklaus Clubhouse establishes an entirely new standard for clubhouse luxury. Designed by John Sather AIA, AICP of Scottsdale, Arizona-based Swaback Partners, the 17,000-square-foot Nicklaus Clubhouse incorporates glass, cut stone and steel, with a dramatic entry statement inspired by the work of sculptor Alexander Calder. The architect incorporated the principles of Frank Lloyd Wright’s organic architecture, ensuring that the Clubhouse appears to grow naturally from the terrain. Exquisite interiors by Donna Vallone of Vallone Designs push the boundaries of contemporary design, bringing an ultra-luxury sensibility and warmth to the clean and uncluttered décor of the venue’s gathering spaces, The Peak restaurant and the golf boutique.
