Ridge Capital Investors closed on the 17-story 201 California Street tower in San Francisco's Financial District for $75 million in July, financing the purchase with a loan of up to $80.1 million from a Rialto Capital Management vehicle and ending Columbia Property Trust's ownership of a building that traded for $238.9 million less than seven years ago.
