San Francisco, California – RIM Architects is pleased to announce the promotion of Tamara Shroll, AIA NCARB LEED AP BD+C, to Associate. Tamara joined RIM Architects’ San Francisco office as a project architect/project manager in January 2014. From the onset of hire, she exhibited dynamic project leadership and maintains energetic enthusiasm in her work. In her new role as Associate, Tamara will support the Managing Principal with staff resource scheduling, project financials, and staff mentoring in addition to building her architectural project management skill set. Tamara participates with a select group of firm wide colleagues in leading ongoing training and improvement of project delivery processes.
When Tamara is taking time to relax and enjoy life, you will find her sailing her home—a 1977, 37’ Tayana sailboat– in the San Francisco Bay. Tamara is also an avid cyclist, commuting to work after a quick jaunt on the ferry between Jack London Square Oakland and San Francisco. Tamara has recently joined the San Francisco chapter of the Construction Specification Institute and remains an active member of the San Francisco AIA. Tamara is licensed to practice architecture in California and Arizona.
