The Sacramento County Board of Supervisors has unanimously approved the expansion of the Nueva Vista congregate care facility, located at 4514 Roosevelt Ave., near the corner of 47th Street and Roosevelt Avenue, just off Stockton Boulevard. The facility, operated by Psynergy Programs Inc., currently accommodates 53 residents and will increase its capacity to 140 individuals.  […]
