Howard Hughes and Graeme Coyle each bring more than 30 years’ experience as brokers and in-house leasing specialists for major institutional owners
SACRAMENTO, CA – March 16, 2020 – JLL announced that two 30-year veterans of the Sacramento office market have joined the firm. Howard Hughes and Graeme Coyle join as Senior Vice Presidents and will focus on advising landlords and tenants with real estate strategies incorporating office locations in downtown Sacramento as well as outlying suburban markets.
“Howard and Graeme add further depth to our team in Sacramento and I’m delighted to welcome them,” said Greg Levi, Managing Director, JLL. “While they began their careers as brokers, they each bring a finely honed perspective to our landlord and tenant clients from their 20-plus years as in-house leasing leads for some of the region’s major institutional office owners,” he added.
Hughes and Coyle join from Hines Interests where, for the last 13 years, they led leasing and asset management for the firm’s office portfolio in the Sacramento market. Prior to Hines they held similar responsibilities at Equity Office Properties (EOP), positions they assumed after EOP’s acquisition of Spieker Properties’ portfolio in 2001.
Hughes is a graduate of Cal Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. Coyle graduated from University of California-Berkeley.
