SAP Signs Lease For 150,000 Square Feet At 2600 in Bishop Ranch

San Ramon, Calif. – July 22, 2015Sunset Development Company today announced that SAP (NYSE: SAP), a market leader in enterprise application software, has signed a long-term lease to occupy 150,000 square feet at 2600 in Bishop Ranch.

SAP will be moving from its current Dublin/Pleasanton location to establish its Tri-Valley regional office in San Ramon at Bishop Ranch.

The move to 2600 is scheduled to begin in early January 2017. SAP’s office will be outfitted to include an open, highly collaborative workspace. More than 450 SAP employees will be relocating to 2600.

Comprised of four interconnected buildings on a park-like 100-acre campus, 2600 is at the heart of Bishop Ranch. With its 1.8 million square feet of office space, it is the Bay Area’s largest office building and recently received the coveted LEED® Gold certification. In addition to the buildings’ green credentials, the spaces throughout have been designed to foster the creativity and innovation that drive a successful business.
