Jo-Wen Ossipov and Bill Mlinarich Earn New Roles for their Accomplishments
SAN MATEO, CA (August 1, 2019) – Sares Regis Group of Northern California’s (SRGNC) Commercial Division has announced two promotions within its team. Jo-Wen Ossipov has earned the new role of Senior Project Manager, and Bill Mlinarich has been promoted to Project Manager.
“Jo-Wen and Bill have earned their promotions through hard work and commitment to our clients’ needs and delivering projects that have exceeded client expectations,” says Jeff Birdwell, President of SRGNC’s Commercial Division. “We take pride in our employees and their achievements and are so pleased to reward them with this recognition.”
Jo-Wen Ossipov has earned her promotion to Senior Project Manager with her work as a project lead for Alma Station, a 25,000-square-foot office building in Menlo Park. Jo-Wen has successfully navigated the complexities and hurdles of the project and set it up for completion this year, after which she will transition to managing a new corporate project.
Before joining SRGNC last year, Jo-Wen worked for several years as a Senior Construction Project Manager with the Gymboree Corporation in San Francisco where she was responsible for 25 retail construction projects per year in the U.S. and Canada. Her previous position was as an Architectural Designer with AECOM, where her work included surveying Air Education and Training Command (AETC) buildings on U.S. Air Force Bases. Jo-Wen is a LEED AP and holds a BA in Architecture from UC Berkeley College of Environmental Design and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
As Project Manager, Bill Mlinarich will contribute to the delivery of NVIDIA’s Voyager project. A former U.S. Army Battalion Assistant Operations Officer, Bill joined SRGNC in 2017 through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program, which is designed to train transitioning service members on skills needed to succeed in the civilian workforce. In his time at SRGNC, he has gained the respect of his co-workers, clients and project team members with his dedication and skill as he led the close-out and furniture scope of NVIDIA’s Endeavor project. Bill has a BA in Communication from Northeastern University and an AS in Business Administration from Valley Forge Military College.About Sares Regis Group of Northern California
