500,000-Square-Foot Office Building Planned for 24-Acre Site
SANTA CLARA, CA – Feb. 20, 2013 – SRGNC CRES, LLC, a division of Sares Regis Group of Northern California, will serve as development manager for NVIDIA’s iconic, innovative and sustainable new headquarters building in Santa Clara. The project, part of NVIDIA’s campus expansion in Santa Clara, will be developed in two phases of 500,000 square feet.
Phase 1 of the project anticipates constructing a single 500,000 square foot building, beginning in June 2013, with two levels of office and lab space, accommodating up to 2,500 people. Phase 2 will occur when NVIDIA’s growth requires it. The development site is situated on the south side of a 24-acre parcel, purchased by NVIDIA in 2008. The property is located west of San Tomas Expressway and bordered by Central Expressway and Walsh Avenue.

The Phase 1 office building will be an addition to NVIDIA’s existing 12-building campus that currently totals one million square feet. NVIDIA’s Santa Clara campus is currently home to approximately 3,300 employees, contractors and vendors, with total capacity of 4,000. NVIDIA has more than 7,500 employees worldwide.
SRGNC will oversee the project and Gensler will serve as the project architect. Webcor will serve as the general contractor. Other members of the development team will be determined soon. Construction is scheduled to begin in June 2013 with projected occupancy in May 2015.
