San Mateo, CA– June 25, 2012 – G.W. Williams Co. engaged Sares Regis Management Company LLC, a division of Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC), to serve as the property manager for four of G.W. Williams’ commercial properties in the Bay Area. SRGNC will help manage the properties encompassing a total of 418,000 square feet with over 300 tenant suites for Clearview Way in San Mateo, Williams Business Park in San Carlos, Harbor Business Center in Belmont, and Mills Park Center in San Bruno.

SRGNC will handle lease negotiations, tenant communications, maintenance, compliance upgrades, and property marketing and management. SRGNC has extensive experience in managing properties for landlords like Northwestern Mutual Life, The County of Marin, CIGNA, and most recently, Infomatica Corporation.
SRGNC recently began managing Informatica’s two building campus in Redwood City. SRGNC helped identify and acquire the new headquarters at Pacific Shores last March. The headquarters includes 290,000 square feet of office space.
