Seagate Properties Announces Key Employee Promotions

Move Expands Senior Leadership Team

SAN RAFAEL, CA – October 23, 2017 – Seagate Properties, Inc., full-service real estate investment & operating company focused on value-add and opportunistic commercial and multi-family investments in the San Francisco Bay Area and metropolitan Denver, announced three recent promotions.

Brian Johnson, a fifteen-year veteran in the commercial real estate investment industry, and most recently Vice President of Acquisitions at the company, was promoted to Principal.

Erik Pentland

Erik Pentland, a twenty-year commercial leasing veteran, was promoted from Director of Leasing to Principal. Mr. Pentland is responsible for leasing and asset management of the company’s portfolio.

Denise Driscoll, a licensed CPA of over twenty-five years and most recently Seagate’s Controller, was promoted to Principal in charge of all fiscal and accounting matters.

Mr. Johnson joined Seagate Properties in 2005. Prior to joining Seagate he was associated with CM Realty, Inc.. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and received a Bachelor’s degree Boston College. Mr. Pentland has been with Seagate Properties for fourteen years. Prior to joining Seagate

he was associated with Lowe Enterprises and Jones Lang LaSalle. Erik is a licensed real estate sales person in California and a member of the Urban Land Institute. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles. Ms. Driscoll is a graduate of the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and joined Seagate in 2008.
