Oakland, Calif. – September 2012 – Sears Logistics Services, Inc. signed a lease renewal for ±49,920 square feet at 521 Stone Road, Benicia in the Benicia Industrial Park with the landlord, Walton Street Capital. Sears Logistics Services, Inc. (www.slslogistics.com), a supplier of best-in-class supply chain solutions, will remain in their current warehouse/distribution space for three more years.
Greig Lagomarsino, SIOR of Colliers International’s Oakland office represented the tenant, Sears, and Tony Binswanger and Brian Slocum of Colliers International’s Walnut Creek office represented the landlord, Walton Street Capital, in this transaction.
Walton Street Capital renewed another tenant, WPD, Inc., dba Western Pacific Distributors (www.teamwpd.com), located at 12640 Alondra Boulevard in Norwalk. WPD, a wholesaler of commercial food service equipment, will occupy their ±14,040 square foot warehouse/distribution space for another 3 years. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
