Shea Properties Leases a ±32,172 SQF Industrial Warehouse Building in Hayward, CA

Hayward, Calif., June 25, 2018 – Shea Properties and Colliers International announced today the lease of a ±32,172 square foot industrial warehouse building located at 28357 Industrial Boulevard, in Hayward, CA by IronRidge, Incorporated.

The facility is owned and managed by Shea Properties. The industrial development project is known as Shea Center Hayward. The total square foot facility is ±274,742 that is comprised of four Class “A” state-of-the-art light industrial buildings ranging from 32,000 to 115,000 square feet and situated on three parcels.

The facility was leased by IronRidge, Incorporated (, a designer and manufacturing company for residential and commercial structural hardware solar systems. IronRidge has worked over 20 years with solar professionals across the globe to build products that are strong, simple and cost-effective.

IronRidge leased building 4 of Shea Center Hayward. The building is ±32,172 square feet and features 26’ interior clear height, high image glass office, two story office configuration with design to suit, 2 grade level openings, heavy power, ESFR and ample trailer/employee parking. There is immediate access to I-880 and Highway 92 /San Mateo Bridge. The facility is adjacent to Costco and in close proximity to Union Landing retail center.
