OAKLAND, Calif. – (September 20, 2012) – Skanska USA has announced the hiring of five employees for its California operations. Robert Frost and David Cramer will join Skanska USA Civil as a superintendent and a project manager, respectively. Cynthia Montanez and Hadi Hadjarzadeh will join Skanska USA Building as project managers. Amy Tong has been hired as a project engineer.
As a superintendent for Skanska USA Civil West California District, Frost is responsible for field operations on the Expo Line project in Los Angeles. He is the third generation in his family to work in heavy construction and highway construction. Cramer will serve as structures project manager for Skanska’s work in Milpitas for the VTA/BART extension.

Montanez and Hadjarzadeh will serve as project managers for a major bio-pharma client in the Bay Area. They will manage the overall project direction, completion and financial outcome and are responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff.
As a recent graduate of UC Berkeley with a degree in architecture and structural engineering, Tong will work with Skanska’s preconstruction team as a project engineer in the Oakland office.
