RIVERSIDE, Calif. – Skanska announced the promotions of three employees within its civil construction division.
Robb Fonkalsrud is being promoted to Project Executive. During his 19 years of experience, Robb has been a driving force in the successful completion of a wide range of projects, most recently the delivery of Skanska’s Expo 2 project in Los Angeles. Fonkalsrud’s portfolio of experience includes extensive work in transportation, transit, power and tunneling projects with various delivery methods in both the Northeast and West regions.
Skanska is also promoting Gerry Iniguez to Project Executive. Throughout his 15-year career, Iniguez has delivered many successful projects throughout southern California, including improvements to the SR-60 freeway, the Brawley Bypass, the Colton Crossing and, most recently, the Glen Helen and Palm Avenue grade separations.
Additionally, Brad Nystrom has been promoted to Project Executive. Nystrom has excelled in many different roles during his 15 years of experience. He has successfully worked on transportation, transit, power and water projects. His broad experience with Skanska’s operating units and various types of projects and delivery methods will be valuable throughout California as Skanska’s business grows.
