Rose Mondragon, Boris Gamazaychikov, Karan Pawar, and Alessia Giannini, Will Contribute Their Skills to a Rapidly Growing Team

Rose Mondragon, Boris Gamazaychikov, Karan Pawar, and Alessia Giannini have joined stok’s San Francisco office to help the company expand its services into new vertical markets and serve its clients into the future.

Rose Mondragon

Rose Mondragon comes to stok with 13 years of industry experience in the management of large and complex real estate projects, guiding them along each stage from initiation and design to construction and move-in. Rose will ensure that stok’s projects best meet program goals by identifying and evaluating alternative solutions and working cooperatively with all teams involved. Rose previously worked at Google as a Project Manager, delivering 1.3M square feet of office, amenity, and specialty space in her seven years there. She holds a M.S. in Real Estate Development from NYU and a B.S. in Communication Studies from UC Santa Barbara.

Boris Gamazaychikov

Boris Gamazaychikov joins stok with a background in Civil/Environmental Engineering and Project Management. Having led many LEED BD+C and EBOM certification efforts to success, Boris will help stok deliver proven sustainability solutions tailored to its clients’ visions. Boris last worked to spearhead the Pentagon’s sustainable construction program, implementing sustainable features in a majority of its new projects. He has also worked to protect the Chesapeake Bay watershed through sustainable storm water management. Boris holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Karan Pawar

Karan Pawar brings his background in Architectural Engineering and energy efficiency to stok to help clients meet and exceed energy efficiency goals through commissioning, energy audits, and benchmarking services. His knowledge of the LEED rating system and recently tightened Title 24 standards will assist him in commissioning and retro-commissioning new construction projects for stok. Karan has a M.S. in Architectural Engineering from Purdue University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Ramaiah Institute of Technology.

Alessia Giannini

Specializing in building certifications, Alessia Giannini will help stok implement succesful building strategies across real estate sectors at scale. Alessia’s conceptual and technical knowledge allows her to devise actionable strategies for using healthy and sustainable materials to improve health and wellbeing through all phases of a project’s development. Alessia was previously a sustainable building specialist at a Connecticut-based sustainability consulting firm where she used her expertise in high-performance building rating systems to support project teams and help them reach their goals. She holds a B.A. in Environmental Science from Hunter College.
